Oyunu sildiysen ya da açamıyorsan

destek@zawnoagames.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönder. E-postana şunları ekle:

Oyuncu ID'n (Ayarlar → Bilgi → Oyuncu ID) ve kullanıcı adın,
Hesabın Google'a bağlıysa, bağlı Google hesabının e-posta adresi.

Hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alırız.

15 günlük bekleme süresi

Silme talebinden 15 gün sonra hesabın kalıcı olarak silinir.
Bu süre içinde oyunu açıp hesabını geri yükleyebilirsin; yanlışlıkla ya da başkası tarafından yapılan silmelere karşı koruma sağlar.
Bekleme süresince aynı cihazdan ve aynı Google hesabından yeni hesap açılamaz.

Silinen veriler

Kullanıcı adın, profilin (avatar, bölge, şehir, biyografi, sergi) ve Google hesabı bağlantın,
Envanterin, skinlerin, Volt ve VT bakiyen ve para hareketlerin,
Seviyen, XP'n, istatistiklerin, maç geçmişin, görev ve Pass ödüllerin,
Arkadaşlıkların, istekler, engellediklerin, klan üyeliğin ve başvuruların,
Gönderdiğin ve sana gönderilen sohbet mesajları, beğeniler ve hediyeler,
Hesabına bağlı cihaz anahtarı ve cihaz kimliği özeti.

Saklanan veriler

Satın alma kayıtları (ürün, Google Play sipariş numarası): yasal saklama yükümlülükleri nedeniyle, seninle ilişkilendirilemeyecek şekilde anonim olarak tutulur.
Rapor ve ceza kayıtları: kötüye kullanımı önlemek için anonimleştirilmiş olarak tutulur.

Satın aldığın Volt, skinler ve diğer içerikler hesapla birlikte silinir ve geri getirilemez.

Account & Data Deletion

Delete in the Game (recommended)

Open ZawNoa.IO.
In the lobby, open Settings.
In the Account section, tap Delete account.
Briefly tell us why and confirm.

If you uninstalled the Game or can't open it

Email destek@zawnoagames.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include your Player ID (Settings → Info) and username, plus the email of the linked Google account if any. We may ask for extra information to verify ownership and will process your request within 30 days.

15-day waiting period

Your account is permanently deleted 15 days after the request. During this period you can open the Game and restore your account, and no new account can be created from the same device or Google account.

What is deleted

Your username, profile and Google link; inventory, skins, Volt/VT balance and transactions; level, XP, stats, match history, quest and Pass rewards; friends, requests, blocks, clan membership; chat messages, likes and gifts; device key and device ID hash.

What is kept

Purchase records are kept anonymised for legally required retention periods, and report and sanction records are kept anonymised to prevent abuse. Purchased Volt, skins and other content are deleted with the account and cannot be restored.
